Simple Process

How to Verify a Land Title

Visit your nearest NLC District Office

Go to any of the 16 National Land Commission offices and request a land verification scratch card.

Scratch to reveal your token

Scratch the panel to reveal your unique token in the format NLC-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.

Visit the verification page

Go to cloudtesting.online and click Verify Title, or navigate directly to the verification page.

Enter token and Title ID

Type your scratch card token. If your card is not pre-assigned to a title, enter the Title ID of the land you want to check.

View the official register

The full land record appears: registered owner, title details, encumbrances, and complete transaction history.
